If you want to sleep on flights - here are two things I love love love and recommend! 🫶🏻 I purchased both last summer and they have been a *game changer* for sleeping on flights. The only problem is I miss all the meals and free wine now because I sleep too much 🥹🥹

#1 trtl neck pillow

You know that travel product you see everywhere and you’re not sure if you should buy? That was the Trtl for me! I’ve bought so many neck pillows over the years and found them annoying to carry, and my head kept dropping so I couldn’t stay asleep. But the carry bag & the wraparound strap fix both of these things. Take a look at how it works in the video.

If you do buy one of these, make sure you buy it with the bag as it’s possible to buy without. I bought mine through their amazon shop (link in my Travel Gear highlight) and got a bag, but Tim bought one direct after seeing mine and he didn’t get one. It’s awkward for him to carry and pack, since it has a light frame you can’t just stick it in your case. 

#2 Bluetooth eye mask
There’s no way to get proper sleep on a flight without an eye mask and something to cover your ears. And this eye mask has both! there are built in Bluetooth headphones inside which you can link to your phone to play music or a podcast - or just to block out the noise on the plane. 

You may look a little strange to people passing - but you’ll arrive feeling refreshed and that’s the main thing!🫶🏻
