24 hours since we’ve officially kicked my Thailand tour off and it’s safe to say I’m in great company for the week 😂🥰

I’ve been to Thailand countless times since my first trip here with Tim in 2013. So running a tour here was a no brainer - how could I *not* show everyone around one of my favourite countries in SEA. But the goal of my tours are to take people to places they can’t or don’t want to visit alone, and lots of the popular places in Thailand are super easy to come as a solo or newbie traveller.

So on this tour we’re going to the places that are a bit tricky, a little bit confusing to plan a trip to - so you’ll get to see something not many people get to see! Cause where’s the fun in going where everyone else is?

First stop was the beautiful Khao Lak, which is just 90 minutes north of Phuket but so often ignored for the busier beaches further south. It’s peak season in Thailand and we still managed to have peace and quiet here 🫶🏻 surrounded by 3 national parks and a string of stunning beaches, there’s a ton to see 

But the main reason we went to Khao Lak was to hop on a boat to the Surin Islands. A couple of hours off the west coast by speedboat, these islands are a peaceful antidote to the wilder islands south and east 💦 

We’re spending 3 days in the Surin Islands, snorkelling, taking boat trips, watching sunsets, and just kicking back on the beach. These are dry islands (no alcohol), you can only visit 6 months of the year, and we’re camping on the beaches here! So this is a little different to the usual Thai island hopping trips 😂 Head to my stories over the next few days to see what we get up to, and if you feel like something a little different in Thailand then put it on your bucket list.
