⚡️ #Repost • lkkques On June 6, 2025, the Lambda Kappa Kappa Chapter of ΩΨΦ Fraternity, Inc. held their inaugural “March of Perseverance,” which was supported by all of the local chapters that make up the Capital Area Ques lsu_ques lambdaalphaques deltatauques. 

Purpose: To honor our the legacy of our beloved Fraternity Brother, Brigadier General Charles Young, and to tie into the chapter’s current fitness/step challenge, which is associated with the mandated program of Health Initiatives. 

This Endeavor also incorporated the two Cardinal Principles of SCHOLARSHIP and PERSEVERANCE. 

The symbolic march replicated the journey from Wilberforce, OH to Washington DC. 

-June 6th was selected as this was the anniversary date of the day that Brig. Gen. Bro. Charles Young started his journey from Wilberforce to D.C. 

-The Bruhz wore gold boots and a frat shirt. 

-They marched a total of 4.97 to 5 miles (a scaled version of Brigadier General Charles Young’s distance travelled). 

-The brothers marched for 3/4 of a mile and stopped. 

-Where Bro. Young would get off his horse and walk 15 minutes out of every hour, we elected to stop.
 
-During that stop, a brief history of fact(s) regarding the General were presented.  This represented the Cardinal Principle of Scholarship.
 attendance.

-Scholarship about Brigadier General Charles Young and Enthusiastic Marches  Set OWT by the Bruhz provided the motivation needed that helped all who started to complete the March of Perseverance!!!!
