🔹This 17,255 SF historic renovation transformed a farmhouse into a vibrant hub featuring a bookstore, meeting space, and administrative offices. As the gateway to campus, Shellhase Commons is the first stop on every student tour, welcoming the next generation to Ursinus in a space that blends legacy with modern functionality.

@udelaware – Perkins Student Center | Newark, DE
🔹This 60,000 SF renovation revitalized the student center with a new lobby, flexible student spaces, offices, and a full wall of glass that brings in natural light and energy. Designed for connection and comfort, this space fosters community and enhances the student experience.

📐 As designers, architects, and engineers, we know that the built environment plays a crucial role in how people learn, connect, and thrive. On National Higher Education Day, we celebrate the opportunity to shape these spaces and support institutions that are building brighter futures.
