Happy Finals Week #Wildcats! 

As the year draws to a close, we wanted to highlight some of our newest Wildcats, too! The #NUSoC's #FreshmanYearRecap is an opportunity for #SoC first years to reflect on their year and share what they're most excited for in their years ahead!

First up is Sophie S., a #theatre major and #film and #mediastudies minor from Fort Lauderdale, Florida! She was involved in many productions at #Northwestern this year, including nustuco and the nudolphinshow, as well as a wirtzcenter Production in the fall. 

Additionally, she was involved in steamheatnu Dance Company, a musical theatre dance group that creates dance productions, the nuundertones Acapella group, and the jewishtheatreensemble!

"Northwestern has been an incredibly transformative place for me! While there were so many highlights of my freshman year, my favorite would have to be The Dolphin Show. The Dolphin Show is America's largest student-produced musical, and getting the opportunity to be in the cast of this year's show, "Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella," was an amazing experience," Sophie said. 

"Northwestern's theatre program allows students to get involved in so many ways. There are also a wide variety of #studentgroups related to theatre that have made my freshman year even more special. I cannot wait to continue learning about all that Northwestern has to offer!"
