The result of scanning the coastline on Google Maps satellite view, a 5am departure, and some serious off-roading on a bike. 😏

This place took my breath away, and was quite the reward after lots of travel-detective work. Lombok is truly one of the most beautiful, diverse, and underrated islands I’ve visited… honestly this place looked more like the cliffs of Ireland than Indonesia. 😱
