I’d never picked up a proper camera before I left my law career and moved to Bali back in 2018. I didn’t know what I’d do next or how I’d make money or how I’d make friends…

I certainly couldn’t have imagined being hired to fly all over the world and photograph resorts, destinations, events, travel experiences, or even the Great Wildebeest Migration in Kenya. 🇰🇪 🤩

I merely took whatever bits of self-confidence were buried within me, and I cheered myself on through my fear:

“If other people can do it, if they can figure it out, surely I can too.”

“It’s now or never. It will only get harder to make the leap the longer I wait.”

“If money, security, and stability were enough for me to be happy, I’d be happy now. I was made for more.”

“My dreams for my life are big and bright… I can’t stay somewhere my light is dimmed one more day.”

And so on… 😉

Life is certainly not perfect — no one’s is. But things are a whole light brighter when you are pouring your energy, day after day & year after year, into something you care about, something that lights your soul ablaze, something that you ENJOY (at least, most of the time). 

So in case you’re currently where I was 6 years ago, here I am, cheering you on like I cheered myself on. 📣💪🏼✨
