You guys have no idea how intimate Acro yoga can be! It’s one of the reasons both kollbi and I love practicing it. It’s also a bit like couple’s therapy, haha!

These experiences remind your partner that you’re in this together, that you choose them, and that you’re happy you did! Prioritizing intimacy is one of the best pieces of marriage advice I’ve received, and it really goes a long way in a relationship.
Also, it’s never too late to try new things and have a little fun!
