Hello my beloved CapU Community 🫶🏼 Join me and my fellow CapURec family for the last stretch of our 5$ summer classes! No matter your size, age, ability or even your fitness journey. These classes are a fun relaxing space to try something new and maybe sweat just a little (it’s getting hot out there - EVERYONE STAY HYDRATED) 

Special shoutout to Jarvis for his incredible guidance (my bones thank you) and Tyler for making me feel like a ballerina (my thighs do not thank you)
