#Roomies, #PorshaWilliams scored a win in her divorce battle with ex #SimonGuobadia yesterday after a judge ruled in her favor to enforce their prenup, according to lorenlorosa. This comes after the hearing had been postponed several times, partly due to Guobadia being taken into custody by ICE. The entrepreneur was released from custody last week and deported back to Nigeria. ___________________________________
If you recall, Williams filed for divorce in February 2024, just 15 months after tying the knot. In the RHOA’s star petition, she requested support and for the division of property to be determined by the prenup. However, Guobadia opposed the request to enforce the agreement. He claimed Williams made misrepresentations during the negotiations.

“[Williams] failed to disclose that she would return to her employment on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a cast member,” the docs read. “Instead of disclosing this material fact, the Wife made it very clear to [Guobadia] (and the public) that she was leaving the television show and not returning. [Guobadia] relied on the representations — or misrepresentations — [Williams] made to him during their engagement, the negotiation phase, and at the time that the parties signed the Prenuptial Agreement.” Ultimately, the judge sided with Williams and ordered the prenup to be enforced. ✍🏾#TSRStaffAS 📷:(gettyimages)
