I was awful at floorwork when I started. 

Now… I’ve built an online course, taught classes, and continue to learn new skills.

I was awful at running when I started. 

Today… my 100th day running consecutively. My 5k time improved by over 11 minutes. My heart rate has slowed.

My body and mind are adapting. Most importantly… I chose to start and continue trying. I hope you choose the same for yourself, I believe in you. ¨̮
