A personal win I’ve realized: Laughter

I laugh often and mostly at myself! Usually when observing my thoughts and actions (it helps if to think of your life as a movie and gives you the chance to look more objectively at any situation) 🍿😊 Of course, I laugh when I try something new and it flops, but I also laugh when it goes well.

Life is short, and I spent so many years in my head, overthinking. I try not to do that as much.
