I took a month off social media (as someone who usually posts my life every day) and here is what I learned: 

Life still feels like when you were a kid if you put your phone down.

You’ll see who your real friends are.

Your nervous system settles. you can really feel calm and at peace. 

It made me a better, more patient mom.
