My own pint-sized PI is constantly reminding me that scientific curiosity is innate— instead of asking how we get girls interested in STEM, I prefer to focus on how we nurture and channel and support their innate interest, and how we create environments that reinforce that science is for everyone. I also believe visual representation goes a long way with that. 🫶
