Pisces, a Mediterranean-inspired elevated seafood restaurant, is opening at the Lake of Dreams at Wynn Las Vegas in Spring 2025, replacing Lakeside. 

Executive Chef Martin Heierling, known for his global culinary expertise, will bring a menu featuring “luxurious caviar, crudo, dry-aged fish, fresh pasta, and more.”
