For the chronically-online (me, sometimes)

this is a sort of reminder to myself if I return to my junkie-like scrolling habits. It’s not a perfect recipe yet but I’m finding my stride these past couple of weeks. I love tech and gadgets and being online and being offline and analog and tactile, too. There’s a world for both and the trick, I think, is moderation, patience, and empathy. Easy does it, find balance 🌊
