Making Questified DUBAI CHOCOLATE PROTEIN ICE CREAM! 💪🍦🍫🌰😋
**Must have an ice cream maker**

Ingredients:
Ice Cream Base
👉 1/2 bottle Quest Vanilla Protein Milkshake
👉 1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
👉 1/2 can lite coconut milk⁣
👉 2 tbsp maple syrup⁣
👉 1/4 cup pistachio butter or spread
👉 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
👉 1/2 tsp almond extract ⁣
👉 1/3 cup raw unsalted pistachios
👉 Pinch sea salt⁣ (optional)
⁣
Crispy Phyllo⁣:
👉 1 tbsp butter⁣
👉 1 cup kataifi (crispy phyllo)⁣
👉 2 tbsp pistachio butter or spread⁣
⁣
Chocolate topping⁣:
👉 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips⁣
👉 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣

Directions:
1️⃣ Mix the coconut milk, Quest Vanilla Milkshake, Quest Vanilla Protein Powder, maple syrup, pistachio butter, vanilla & almond extract and pistachios in a blender. Blend until smooth, then transfer to the container for freezing. Cover and freeze overnight
2️⃣ Wait until ice cream base is frozen to make the phyllo mixture. Melt butter in a pan then add phyllo and once golden brown - add the pistachio spread. Mix well then remove from heat.
3️⃣ Next, add sugar free chocolate chips & coconut oil to a small glass container. Melt in the microwave. Stir until smooth & set aside.
4️⃣ When the ice cream is frozen, pop it into the ice cream maker machine, spin it using desired setting. Re-spin as needed to desired consistency.
5️⃣ Scoop ice cream into a dish, along with the crispy phyllo/pistachio mixture. Top with the melted chocolate, garnish with crushed pistachios and ENJOY!⁣
