1 lb Thick‑cut bacon 
Brown sugar (pile it on—go with your gut)

Here’s all you do: 
PREP: Lay bacon in a grill-safe tray and coat with maple syrup and brown sugar. 
COOK: Place tray on grill for 30 at 300 degree until sugary glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
