Sorry for the delay!

I am back from the 10 days Silent retreat in India! 
No mobiles, No talking, No reading, No writing, No eye contact... What a wicked experience! Full of ups and downs but definitely one of the best experiences I have had.

Actually feeling the positive energies and vibrations showed me a new way to live life.

I will do a video about my experience and upload it on Thursday. 
So if anybody has any questions they would like me to address then message me via Facebook, Snapchat or Instagram and I will do my best to answer. "Be Good...
