#ad The playing field isn’t equal for women in sport and that needs to change. That’s why I’m working with sportsdirectuk as an ambassador to talk about #equalplay - their new long-term commitment to accelerate equality in sport.

This is something close to my heart because I have experienced this myself. Growing up playing football and always being one of the few black players lead to me constantly feeling hyper-visible and isolated.
