Connecticut State Police say a man was caught driving the wrong way on I-95 early Tuesday — nearly hitting multiple vehicles before merging onto the Route 8 ramp in the wrong direction.

👤 Suspect: Benjamin Mitchell, 24, of Ansonia, CT

🗣 Mitchell reportedly told the trooper he “missed his exit and did a U-turn” on the highway.
