📍 San Quentin State Prison (2013 - Sept 2022)

📍 California Medical Facility, Vacaville (Nov 2022 onward)

⚠️ The Scheme:
Ramirez planted contraband — including meth, cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, weapons, tobacco, and cell phones — inside prison common areas, only to later "discover" the items himself to boost his performance record and secure promotion to K-9 sergeant.
