🚨 WILD ARREST IN MARLBOROUGH 🚨

Federal agents say a violent struggle broke out while arresting a Guatemalan national who overstayed his visa by 4 YEARS.

👮‍♂️ Agents allege that:
⚠️ He REFUSED to exit the vehicle
⚠️ BIT one officer’s wrist
⚠️ ATTEMPTED to bite another
⚠️ PUNCHED an officer multiple times
⚠️ HEAD-BUTTED and SPAT in an officer’s face
⚠️ KICKED officers during the struggle

The suspect — 24-year-old Guido Andres Cuellar Batres — is now charged with assaulting federal officers and remains in ICE custody. He will appear in federal court in Boston.
