Iced Cherry Almond Latte 😍🍒☕️ + the best kitchen upgrade we’ve made so far 👇 #CulliganPartner

If your coffee never quite tastes as good as your local coffee shops’, the difference is probably water quality! Many coffee shops (especially large chains) use a reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system, which significantly improves not only taste, but also the quality of your water.

We’ve been wanting to get an RO system installed for years, and we finally did! HeyCulligan installed a drinking water filtration system in our kitchen (the system fits right underneath our kitchen counter, so it’s super convenient!) and to be totally honest, it might be the single best upgrade of our kitchen remodel.

Our water tastes SO much better (which means our coffee also tastes better!), and more importantly, we have peace of mind knowing that our water quality is much better. Culligan’s reverse osmosis system reduces more than 90 contaminants that might be in your drinking water (like PFAS aka forever chemicals, lead, mercury, etc., and it’s WAY more effective than the filtered pitcher we were using before.

Plus, you can add back in an optional mineral boost cartridge for optimally alkaline, pH balanced water (which makes for even better coffee – this is what most coffee places do!)

If you’re ready to make the upgrade, reach out to heyculligan now to schedule a free in-home consultation! We had the best experience and truly couldn’t be any happier with the results.

ICED CHERRY ALMOND LATTE RECIPE:

Cherry syrup:
1 cup frozen or fresh cherries
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp almond extract

To make one latte:
1 ½ oz cherry syrup
4 oz almond milk
2 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled

To make the syrup, add the cherries, water and brown sugar to a small pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for ~10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool. You can either strain the syrup, or blend with an immersion blender (this is what we do for maximum cherry flavor!).

To make a latte, pour the cherry syrup, milk and espresso over ice and stir to combine. Enjoy!
