A fairy cake fit to celebrate summer in the garden! 🧚🏻✨ Did you know that on the summer solstice (also known as Midsummer or Litha) you can leave a sweet treat out to honor the fae and invite in blessings! As a kid I adored looking for fairies at dusk amongst the fireflies! It’s a core memory I try to recreate any chance I get! This two tiered lemon balm cake is covered in a luscious vanilla buttercream and adorned with flowers from my garden!
