#SamsPartner Let’s make the ultimate breakfast skillet casserole 🍳🧀🥓

Making it in my new favorite cast iron duo from SamsClub …The Tramontina set comes with both a 10-inch and a 12-inch skillet—aka the dream team for everything from scrambled eggs to fried chicken .

I used the 12-inch skillet to make this breakfast beauty:
    
👉 Lined the bottom (and the sides!) with frozen tater tots 
👉 Baked them ‘til golden + crispy ✨
👉 Whipped up an egg mixture with bell peppers , shallots , spinach , breakfast sausage , salsa & cheese 
👉 Poured it all in, added more cheese (obviously 😅), and baked again 
👉 Topped it with crispy bacon , fresh chives , red bell pepper & cilantro
