	1.	Instagram officially switched to a tall grid (4:5 & 9:16)
	2.	Reels are now up to 3 minutes long – more time to tell your story
	3.	You can now optimize reach directly from the Reels editor
	4.	Watermarks hurt your reach (especially from TikTok)
	5.	Use original audio + original videos – the algorithm favors authenticity
	6.	There are now TWO algorithms:
	•	One for your followers
	•	One for the Explore page
	7.	Know your reach:
	•	Connected reach = your followers
	•	Non-connected reach = new users
	8.	Instagram now tracks:
	•	Watch time
	•	Likes per reach
	•	Sends per reach
	9.	You can now rearrange your entire grid – curate the vibe
	10.	There’s a new “Friends” tab inside Reels to see what your people are liking
	11.	Meta dropped a new editing app called Edits – made for creators like us
