Welcome to a Father’s Day edition of Smokin With Pot. Today we have a Tri Tip from kowsteaks .  This was my first time cooking a Tri Tip. We did a reverse sear smoke and finished it off on the grill.  This piece of meat paired perfectly with a Chimichurri sauce. My in-laws and son don’t hesitate to tell me the hard truth so thankfully it turned out great! Would you have done anything differently?
