Turned 33 yesterday 🎂 and am grateful to feel strong, healthy, and ready for more years of footy⚽️!! Here’s a reminder to treat yourself, especially on your birthday😜

Had a nice session in some beautiful weather and in the first slide tried to recreate my birthday post from 2021 to compare 👀 the.ashley.jade made it look good! 😆 📸 She also got me the cool minimal soccer bracelet in slide 7 and has been my personal stylist since 2019 🤣

For once, I got myself something nice for my birthday: the CR7 Nike mercurial superfly 4 quinhentos 🤩 The superfly 4 released in 2014, which is when I started earning getting paid to perform freestyle! This is the first pair of superflys I’ve ever worn and honestly these were way more comfortable than I thought they’d be

I also got an early bday gift from ouraring (slide 12) so I’ve been wearing it and tracking all my activity (slide 13 - activity screen) - I know I’ll start slowing down sometime, but finding where I can optimize my health and fitness better, including sleep/recovery/work load will help with longevity not only in the sport but in life 💪
