This was probably the most gratifying journey of my life.

Since January 2024, I’ve been transparent about my weight loss grind. There were plenty of ups and downs, trials and tribulations. And honestly? Despite career wins and milestones, the burden — the literal weight I was carrying — felt overwhelming. At times, I felt defeated.

I told myself: You’ve gained and lost weight before. But this time, let it count. Let it be life-changing.

So I locked in.
No alcohol. No smoking. No juice. No soda. Just water and protein shakes. And here’s the crazy part — with the right training and nutrition, weight loss actually became fun. The gym turned into my refuge. The kitchen became my lab.

I hit milestone after milestone:
200 → 195 → 190 → and finally, the sacred 185.

The final stretch was the hardest. The scale wouldn’t move.
But then I realized: I wasn’t just losing weight — I was losing fat, leaning out, transforming.

Eventually, I stopped chasing the number and fell in love with the process. The discipline. The challenge. The evolution.

This wasn’t easy. But it was worth it. And it changed my life for the better.
