When it’s missing, Dr Linc uses either a tofflemire and then round the corner with a disk. Or a sectional matrix inside the tofflemire. Leave the tofflemire loose and place sectional in it and then tighten to the desired contour.If using a sectional, use a fairly stiff one like a TOR VM.
