From across Africa to the heart of Spain 🇪🇸⚽️

Over the past week and a half, our players didn’t just represent their country 🇿🇦 — they represented a continent 🌍

This journey has been about more than football. From training sessions and match days with Pro-licensed LALIGA coaches to walking the historic streets of Segovia and visiting the LALIGA Legends Museum — every moment has been about growth, learning, and pride. 

We were also honoured to welcome the South African Ambassador to Spain Ms. Sankie Mthembi-Mahanyele and Ms. Olebogeng Khoza (Matlapeng), First Secretary Administration and Consular from the Embassy, who joined us to show their support and encouragement. Their visit was one of many powerful moments throughout the tournament — a reminder of just how significant this journey has been, and how far-reaching its impact truly is. 

From New York, Dubai, Ho Chi Minh City, Guatemala City — and yes, Rustenburg too — the LALIGA EA SPORTS FC FUTURES Next Gen Tournament showed the world that football’s future is global. And it’s already here.
