Here’s an exclusive glimpse into our client’s recent 4-day escape to Porto, a destination that effortlessly blends world-class wine, stunning architecture, and rich cultural heritage.
The journey began with a scenic drive from the Algarve to Porto, with a relaxed stop for a coastal lunch along the way. Upon arrival at The Yeatman, one of the city’s premier hotels, our travelers were welcomed with Port wine, pastries, and sweeping views of the Douro River.

Day two was all about slowing down. Spa treatments at The Yeatman’s award-winning wellness center offered a much-needed reset before they boarded a private yacht for a golden-hour cruise. Sunset, local wine, and traditional petiscos made for an unforgettable evening on the water ⛵

On day three, it was time to explore. A private guide led them through Porto’s famous azulejo-tiled stations, quiet medieval streets, and vibrant neighborhoods. The afternoon continued across the river in Vila Nova de Gaia, with a tour and tasting at one of Portugal’s top Port lodges.

Their final evening ended with dinner at Mistu, a favorite among in-the-know locals and visiting chefs alike. Modern Portuguese cuisine, beautifully executed and served with style.
