Repurpose your empty jam jar into the perfect glass for a strawberry matcha gin & jam cocktail🍵

Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbs. strawberry jam (combine jam with a splash of water and bring to a slight simmer to create syrup, this will make the jam easier to mix in the drink)
- 1 & 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- top with matcha mixed with water
- garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and a small spoonful of jam
