Fudgy, chocolatey cookies wrapped around a cream cheese/chocolate chip filling (and then dipped in more mini chocolate chips for good measure) these aren’t just a cookie, they’re a whole decadent experience. Because of the cream cheese filling, I knew they were going to need to be refrigerated for storing, so I carefully crafted the recipe to make them taste even better cold!
