Trying one of Chicago’s most underrated original sandwiches… the jibarito! 

While there are a bunch of spots putting out amazing renditions of this sandwich, I decided to hit up cafecentralchicago to kick off this series because it’s a classic Puerto Rican spot that truly deserves more love. 

Also shoutout to my friend Eric who put me on to this spot a decade or so ago.
