Terrific Tiramisu ☕🎂

Try this recipe tonight with a bag of A&A Crunchy Amaretti!

Step one: Prepare an espresso and mix in equal measure with a coffee liqueur. Add a spoonful of sugar.

Step two: In a bowl, add half a mug of double cream and two spoons of sugar. Aerate this with a whisk and then add mascarpone and mix in. Finally, mix in a generous amount of vanilla extract. 

Step 3: Add a layer of your cream mixture in your glass or ramakin. Soak your A&A Crunchy Amaretti in the coffee mixture until slightly softened, and then add a layer of this on top. 

Step 4: Repeat with 3 layers of cream, and 2 layers of Amaretti, then top with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.
