After 14 seasons in the league, Chicago Sky legend and three-point queen Allie Quigley, who formally announced her retirement yesterday, three years after her final WNBA game. Not an Irish goodbye. 🏀⁣

The three-time All-Star initially wanted to come back for a season or two after having her first child, but as her timeline took longer to play out than she planned, she ended up taking the last three seasons off. ⁣

"Now that Jana is here... I feel ready to finally and officially say goodbye to my basketball career," Quigley wrote in her Players Tribute announecement. 🥹⁣

The WNBA champion is also a four-time three-point contest winner, three-time All-Star and two-time Sixth Player of the Year. She helped lead the Chicago Sky to their first-ever WNBA Championship in 2021 and became the Sky's all-time leading scorer in the progress — a record that was took over by her teammmate and wife Courtney Vandersloot. 😅⁣
