It’s a butterfly day! 🦋

Have you thanked a pollinator lately? We’re celebrating #pollinatorweek by appreciating all our pollinators, from moths and butterflies to wasps, bees, beetles and bats.

But today, it’s all about the butterflies! Butterflies are important pollinators, playing a crucial role in plant reproduction as they feed on nectar, collecting and transferring pollen from flower to flower. They are particularly effective because they visit the outer edges of flowers that bees might miss, and their long legs can reach nectar deep inside tubular flowers.
