The secret to this one: it’s all in the shaking. See below…

→ Ingredients 
 
30ml Absolut Elyx vodka
10ml Aperol
10ml lemon juice
5ml honey
1 slice of strawberry (garnish)

→ How to make it 

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

2. Shake hard and long to build that foam (15 - 20 seconds), before straining into a chilled copper coupe, or martini glass.

3. Garnish and serve ✨
