Just multiply the below ingredients by the number of friends you’re hosting…

→ Ingredients 

Ice cubes
40ml Absolut Elyx vodka
15ml lime juice
35ml pineapple juice
50ml ginger beer
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 pineapple wedge (garnish)

→ How to make it 

1. Pour the vodka, lime juice and pineapple juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes.

2. Shake hard and strain over fresh ice cubes in a mule cup, topping with the ginger beer.

3. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve ✨
