Morning spend with @revive.cowbridge and oh my god did my body need it!! They had 4 different temp ice baths and one mahoosive sauna to use 🧖‍♀️ never done the ice bath X sauna contrast and now I’m OBSESSED!! Left this place feeling like a whole new woman 🙋🏼‍♀️
