Passion Star Martini: a refreshingly sweet, summery treat 💫

Best enjoyed al fresco, among friends, served in mini martini copper coupes.

→ Ingredients 

45 ml Absolut Elyx
25 ml passion fruit purée
15 ml vanilla syrup
1 pineapple slice
Half a passion fruit

→ How to make it 

1. Muddle (lightly mash) one slice of pineapple in a shaker.

2. Add Absolut Elyx, passion fruit pulp from half a passion fruit, vanilla syrup and passion fruit purée.

3. Shake well and strain twice (for added smoothness) into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with half a passion fruit, floating on top.
