A summery take on the cocktail classic: the Cucumber Old Fashioned 🥒

Simple enough to make, with complex enough flavors that it doesn’t taste like a salad.

Ideal for outdoors and breezy summer days.

→ Ingredients

25ml of Absolut Elyx vodka
25ml of Lillet blanc
10ml of blossom honey
2 dashes of orange bitters
2 slices of cucumber (garnish)
Lemon zest (garnish)

→ How to make it

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (or mixing glass) filled with ice cubes.

2. Mix / stir until well chilled and strain over a large ice block (or ice cubes) in a rocks glass.

3. Garnish and serve ✨
