It’s that time to restock my sofrito 🙌🏼 I spend about 10 minutes doing this and I’m good to go for the next 3 months

INGREDIENTS: 
• 1 bunch culantro 
• 1 bunch cilantro 
• 1 white onion 
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 cubanelle pepper (or Anaheim pepper)
• 2 aji dulce peppers (or sweet red peppers)
• ½ cup olive oil 
• 3 heads of garlic 
• 1 tsp salt 
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp oregano
