The man accused of stalking and trying to kidnap the mayor of Memphis made his first court appearance. 

Police say last Sunday, Trenton Abston climbed the wall of a gated community and knocked on Mayor Paul Young’s front door. The mayor did not answer after noticing the suspect on his doorbell camera.
