Bro… I don’t even know where to start. It was like three days ago but time doesn’t exist anymore, you feel me? I think it started at the Funktion-One stack during the pre-drop of the sunrise set—someone passed me a kandi that said “Bassface 4 lyfe” and next thing I know, I’m shuffling next to a Rave Aunt in butterfly wings yelling about Riddim rights. 
There were totems in every direction—giant rubber ducks, a 6ft LED shrimp, one dude had a cardboard cutout of his cat in a tutu. Classic groundscore energy. I think someone was gloving near the trash cans and I ascended for like… a whole song. Then I got pulled into a cuddle puddle by a crew of wooks who may or may not have been time travelers. I did cry during a remix of Sandstorm, but it was a beautiful cry, like... emotional hydration. 
Anyway, all I remember is wearing this hat that felt like pure serotonin and smelled like sage and fog machine. It was giving high-PUR, low-K Hole risk, 100% Rave Mom-approved. And when that drop hit? Oh you already know—the patch lit up in my soul and I became the totem.
Rave On. Forever. Until the next one. Or maybe we’re still in it.
