Chris’ Cocoa Baller
 
1.5 parts Absolut Elyx
1 part Tart Cherry Juice
Top with 5 parts Hot Chocolate
Pinch of Salt
 
Combine all ingredients in a heat resistant glass and give a quick stir. Add whipped cream and lime zest for garnish.
 
Chris Patino is a well-established figure in the bartending community all over the world. As an employee of PRUSA for many years, Chris was pivotal in the funding and organisation of Speed Rack – a pioneering female bartending competition benefiting Breast Cancer Charities and spent many years driving excellence in education through leading a multitude of education programming, hosting events and inviting bartenders to visit their favorite distilleries. Chris’ commitment to the hospitality industry and wealth of experience led him to set up his own business, Simple Serve providing trade focussed marketing solutions for businesses.
 
Our friend Chris recently shared that he is battling cancer, and in true hospitality fashion, it's time for us all to rally together and support him. Donations will go directly to Chris's fund to support his medical expenses and the needs of his young family.
