## Caption

How it started: Just a blank bison
How it’s going: Headed out into the world to help celebrate 200 years of Peoria County

What started as a plain fiberglass form is now a bold, colorful tribute to the region, brought to life by the imagination (and paintbrushes) of our amazing creative team.

Sure, painting a bison isn’t our everyday kind of project, but we were all in from the start. It was an honor to help bring Choose Greater Peoria’s vision to life in such a unique way.

The bison has officially been picked up and is off to make its debut. Keep an eye on @choosegreaterpeoria for the big reveal and follow @peoriacountygov for more bicentennial celebration updates!
