🎯Hart Plaza & Spirit Plaza:
- Open to the public at 2 PM on June 23.

- Weapon-free zones with security screenings.

- No re-admittance once you leave.

- Prohibited: tents, alcohol, drones, pets, flames, cooking, fireworks, and reserving large areas.

🎯Belle Isle:
- Opens to vehicles at 2 PM and to pedestrians/bicyclists at 5 AM.

- Recreation Passport required for vehicle entry ($14 for MI residents, $11 for out-of-state).

- Prohibited: alcohol, tents, canopies, and fireworks.
